Get license for SETCCE proXSign component

When invoking proXSign.updateLicense a licence file is downloaded on client machine from server via URL.
Alternatively, name and contents of the licence file can be supplied directly.

Force the licence update will cause any pre-existing licence on the computer to be overwritten in any case; not forcing the update will not do anything if the file already exists and the domain from which the licence update is invoked is already licenced.

Prerequisites:

• proXSign browser plugin replacement installed and running

1. Force the licence update:

A. Set the URL to the licence file (proXSign downloads the licence itself):
